Thanks! I'm sure I'll be fine, but the three+ hours of work I've had to do to prep for tomorrow morning's workshop has made me cranky.

Jim is making soup, though, so all is not lost with the world. ;)

Also disheartening: Tues. having a Monday schedule, so not only do I not get a day off, but my plans to head into the city for the inauguration can sadly not happen.

So, how does that work? When do they fit in the extra day? (Do classes get doubled up? Or are the holding classes on Saturday to make up for Friday?)

And, sadness on missing the big crazy party that took over DC!

Thanks! I do today - yesterday I worked a half day (see: prepping for a workshop), then took a half day sick. It helped!

Better now? How was the workshop?

The workshop was fine. Teaching technology to social workers is always a novel experience... and then I watched the inauguration and spent the afternoon moping around the house.

Better now!

Oh, you should have called...we could have dissected the inauguration together! I needed someone to talk me back to sanity after seeing Aretha's hat!
