Today is my due date. I have not had this baby. Apparently this child has my direction sense and Josh's sense of time. :) I'm finding this whole situation very frustrating, but there is absolutely nothing I can do to control it, which is really what makes it hard. That's how big the baby currently is. I'm officially 36 weeks pregnant today so ideally only 4 weeks to go. :) They guestimate that the baby will be about 8 1/2 lbs when we give birth, so not too big. Certainly not big enough to worry about having to induce or have a c-section early. My next dr's appointment is 2/12 - 1 day shy of being 38 ( Read more... )

So I had my 34 week dr appointment yesterday. It went very well, the kid kicked the student who's working with my dr when she tried to get my measurements and hear the heartbeat. Snow is falling at a rate up to 1 inch an hour today. We're offically snowed in the house. :) Josh is pyched up about this. Yes, I'm still pregnant. For the first time I'm getting uncomfortable, and I still have at least 7 weeks to my due date. Who knows if I'll get lucky and go earlier (only 20% of women do, as per my childbirth education instructor. Yeah, thanks for that fun factoid). I offically waddle and I can't sleep.
