When I started off with this latest decision, I was looking forward to the benefits as I saw them: the independence and the freedom. Turns out that those have downsides, too, that I forgot about. Ah well -- that's the balance, & there has to be balance in the universe, right? -

Princess *loves* math, so I'm giving her a "pop quiz" right now. She's writing the answers on her legs and feet. :) -

Is there ever, really, such a thing as enough play/social time? Can us human beings ever get enough play time, or are we somehow hard-wired to perpetually long for more? If it's the latter, then that would be a relief, b/c it'd be something that could be easily blown off. -
