Unexpected Lunch Guest
So we had an unexpected guest for lunch today. Just for some background, since I've started working so close to home, most days I come home for lunch, which the boys just love. Peachtree Has a Finish Line!

AJC.com is reporting that the Peachtree Road Race has a finish line for this year's race, at the intersection of Ponce de Leon and Juniper. That would seem to me to be a bit longer than 10km, but I'll let them be the judge. I'm not looking to set any records, and if I'm in the proper shape, then a little extra distance won't hurt me at -
2008 Peachtree Road Race
Due to the ongoing drought in Georgia. the City of Atlanta has decided to close Piedmont Park to any events expected to draw more than 50,000 people. This includes the Peachtree Road Race. Peachtree Road Race
Hurray! My race packet finally arrived. As I expected, I'm in Time Group 2. Just 30 seconds kept me out of Time Group 1. Oh well. It gives me something to shoot for next year.
