what kind of yoga do you do? I mostly like Iyengar, but they're all good in their own ways.

I do Vinyasa (flow). Definitely good :)

It's so nice to meet you, Kerry - I found you through seasoulsky, in case you didn't know. :) i'm always glad to inspire through my foodiness ;) i don't know that there was a teacher in the village people - maybe i could play it up and be all school-marmy for the videos. that might be fun, wearing my glasses low on my nose, and sticking my hair back into a low bun :)
