I've had three wedding nightmares in a row this week. Going to the Sugar Shack, or Cabane à Sucre, as they call it here in Quebec, is a must for a winter field trip anywhere in Eastern Canada. Every spring, sugar shack farms attract plenty of visitors to enjoy fresh maple syrup with a traditional country meal, while listening to French Folk music and tramping around in the snow ( Read more... )
