The new and improved depression diet.
So being depressed isn't all bad, I've lost about 5 pounds. I probably don't need to lose any weight but I'm still within a healthy weight range. If I lose anymore I might have cause to be alarmed. Once I return to a state of neurochemical equilibrium I should get my appatite back and be fine. -

So I started working on this glass bead and gemstone necklace for my Niece. I left all my supplies in the dining room, including the half finished necklace. Virginia beach Animal control are being douchebags because the SPCA called them out in front of city council for running an abysmal operation. So relations between our 2 organzations have been icy.
