For what it's worth, I'm impressed and proud of the lifestyle changes you've made. Both you and Sam seem to be making some radical changes for "the better."
i'm right there with you, man. i haven't done all but one of those things in about a week. and just today, i took a 30 mile bike ride. when i haven't even rode my bike in about 4 years. oh yeah, shilo and i are alive and kicking too. busy, busy, busy.
ps-you should try kayaking and white water rafting...my girlfriend did a kayak marathon and it's super fun...we just went to West Virgina on a white water rafting trip...it's amazing...you can swim, have tons of fun with the rapids and at the calm parts you can just kick back and relax the scenery...
