First Wedding Anniversary Announcement!
The time has come to announce our trip to the US. This year we will be arriving in the US on 27 May and staying until 8 June. More importantly, on 31 May we will be celebrating our First Wedding Anniversary and we want to celebrate it with all of your friends. My grandfather is dead.
I just got a phone call from my dad. My grandpa Bob, my dad's father, died last night suddenly in his sleep after the family Christmas gathering. I got to talk to him yesterday and he seemed happy and was pleased with my progress on my PhD and happy that Andy has finished his degree. Halloween...the lost holiday.
Halloween tomorrow. I used to love the holiday, but Andy and his parents are against it. Andy thinks it's too commercialized and in Teresa's case it's the celebration of a pagan holiday and they don't approve. I miss the holiday, putting up my orange cats and pumpkins. I'm back - sort of.
I am alive. Honeymoon is over. Don't want to go back to my PhD. I got to cuddle an owl, make friends with two adult swans and thier 8 signets and Andy and I have adopted a horse. The horse is a Welsh pony named Dylan (after Bob Dylan), will post a pic when I can. More on things later. -
My boring life.
Well, not much new going on. I can't seem to focus myself on writing something for Michael on Friday. I can get a few things out of my translations of the wardrobe accounts, but unfortunately they are not much more than a list.
