Dinner was awesome.

The bride's name was Monika, and exzebachay didn't know her. He thinks she might have been a few years behind him in school.

I sleep now. I had a lot of wine.

I think I love my new pain medication. I took it 6 hours ago, and it's still working. And I have no side effects. I can move! I can type! I can drive my car!

This last week has been up and down... I love the rain, but it makes it really damn hard for me to get around. Thankfully, I was able to get a permit for the closer parking. So, it turns out that a good number of my tender points are close enough to various glands and nodes to make an annual physical quite uncomfortable. This was a side effect of fibromyalgia I failed to anticipate.

At least school is going well.

UC Santa Cruz is not an easy campus to navigate when you use a cane.

I hurt.

But I like my classes.

...And now my class is uncancelled.

I'm confused.

But I *am* enrolled in the classes I need.

They just canceled my lab class for this coming quarter. I can not believe this happened. There is *one*, yup *one*, other lab class offered that doesn't conflict with my other two classes. The problem is that lab classes are usually restricted to 10-12 people. This one already has 13.

Grrr.

Just to let peoples know, exzebachay and I are leaving for the land of no cell phones (otherwise known as Mendocino County) today, and we'll be staying through Thursday. I will still be available through LJ and email, if anyone wants/needs to chat.

I'm having an odd day.

Last night, about 4 am exzebachay and I woke to a strange crashing sound. We looked around the bed, yelled at the cat not present, and went back to sleep.
