trust me - there is a solution to your problems - dont sleep every other night.
this means when you do sleep it is restful and enlivening, and it provides you with 12 extra hours to play with every 2 days! in which you can do lots of things like that assignment you missed out, or extra fitness and exercise, or watching dvds.
plus, no matter how much you eat (within reason) you dont put much on because you are a lot more active than your usual sleeping state.
when you start to feel tired, take a brisk walk, go for a run, or cycle, or have a light snack and a cup of coffee with a friend.
i can't wait until we get the no-sleep pill! we will effectively double our lifespan by doubling our waking hours!
there's just one problem. i am a microsleep queen. i cannot for the life of me stay awake whilst driving at 3am with my windows down, the cold morning air blasting onto my face and my stereo cranked up to the point of my speakers hemorrhaging. i used to wake up at 4am to watch tennis matches on the tv... i made it to the couch and promptly fell asleep. i tire easily and cannot fight the onset of sleep. i drink coffee everyday in the form of either latte, cappucino or my wake up call ditty, a short black. Caffeine is lost on me.
the only way i can stay awake to all hours is to dance and not to stop. as soon as i stop moving, mesa go zzzzzzzzzz.

It sounds to me as if you had a fabulous weekend...That said if you want to flatten your stomach I find a rolling pin can help. If your feet are sore you may want to balance white russians on your head....the booze not the cossacks.

the way to get over a cold is to fight it off yeh, quick shots of warming alcohol is the best sollution, you gotta take this serious and hit it hard! or.... just drink orange juice ;p
i have labelled him a weirdo for the following reasons - he is a chauvinistic moron who believes all women with the ability to walk, flock towards him as he is all things celestial. it took me a couple of weeks to get rid of him because he couldn't believe that he could actually get dumped. oh, and at the time of dumping he said, and i quote 'i think dating is a stupid concept anyway, i believe that it should be allowable for a man to date several girls at once'.

the way i make them is 'a shot of vodka, a shot of kahlua, ice and fill up with cold milk' i've never had the other variations, though i'm sure they would taste pretty good too!

Though, I disagree with you. You eat just fine. And you'll be perfect. Today, Timb saw a skinny 15yo girl, as favoured by Dolly and the like, the type whose body women in their 20s try to emulate. He called her anorexic and thought she looked awful. So there. =)

but the other day one of my housmates told that in the bar he works in the had vodka, kahlua and cream de cacao.
and at the party on sunday claire was making them with vodka and tia maria!
