Since there was interest from my ealiser post, here is my Matzo French Toast:
Ingredants - Two matzo crakers Milk, Eggs, Sugar, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Allspice, Butter.

12th Night gown possibilities
I have a fabric windfall - 16 yards of dark mauve cotton velveteen - and am thus inspired to attempt a new gown for 12th night this January. I have narrowed down the possibilities to these three and would love feedback from my costuming freinds.

Making a linen coif
As part of an art exchange I was inspired by the item given to me to go a little above and beyond in my contribution. I was going to make a coif and flat cap for my assigned recipient, but decided to attempt to make the coif by hand. AEDM - This is harder than I thought
So Monday was Culinary experiment day, and I"m 1:1. My mushroom cheeseburger casserole was a big hit at dinner, but the beta test of my thanksgivikkah fried pumpkin pies did not go so well. (No I didn't take pictures, sorry.)
Things to change:- Make smaller "hand pies". The bigger ones are too messy to eat.

AEDM - Weekend Report
Well Friday was chock-full of art as I attended an arts fair and demonstration for a local SCA branch. (http://www.collegeofstfirmin.org/) I taught a few people how to play Glukhaus, led a bit of a bardic circle, went over weaving on the inkle and lucet a few times, and even practiced my 16th Century dancing. Well I must admit I didn't create any kind of art yesterday. I can't even use the "art of defense" fallback because my fencing in class last night was terrible. However, in addition to not creating anything, I also didn't post - and so you haven't seen what I did yesterday.

AEDM - Sometimes it's not easy
I think I shall go back to the planned commissions, because this teal and orange project is doomed. I tried to get a new skein of teal, but along a wall of colored floss there was nothing even close to the shade I wanted.
