Awww I know exactly how you feel :( Lately I've been eating chips non-stop lately x.x And the more I eat, the more I end up eating the next day. It never ends unless someone literally gets food away from me.

What comes in handy is water :D :D Or liquid-y stuff. Soup is amazing at filling stomachs :)
Whenever I feel hungry, I always down a glass of water beforehand, since thirst can often be mistaken for hunger. It usually fills my belly quite a lot so I don't end up eating as much :)
This will especially be easier to do when japan warms up a little more :D :D don't worry, hang in there!
And during that time of the month, I think everyone ends up eating uncontrollably because of all those cravings and hunger pangs x.x Being a girl can really suck sometimes!

Oh man, I hate water :C
We do have alot of flavoured waters here though, that aren't very high in calories, so maybe I'll try that. Thanks for the tip :3

ho man! I was like that. It's really hard to get over. I've always been one of those people who never really is happy, but damn good at hiding the fact that I'm not happy. I just set a time where after 11:00pm no more eating until I wake up, and instead of grabbing random food, I grabbed the veggies, which are a filler food. I hope it helps!

Ahh, that's a good rule! I'll try that. But veggies. They require cooking D: Unless is salada...

I like veggies, too. But the ones I like all require cooking, which I've been dreading recently D:
And salad I like, but it tends to make me more hungry. D:
But thanks for the tips hehe :D

drink moar water

i know you hate it but if you force yourself to for a week or so, after a while you won't mind it

that's how i started drinking tea and blackcoffee

it also tricks your stomach into thinking you're full

lol same.

One summer, I got myself to drinking water every fucking day, every couple of hours. I didn't even touch milk like that, or koolaid or anything. I didn't force myself either, so drinking water isn't something very thard to start doing.

I've been eating compulsively though. :c I don't drink water as much anymore and I've just been stuffing myself. I'd feel hungry, but I don't feel hungry and after a while I'll feel fat as hell because I've eaten food I didn't need and probably would've saved for later.

last summer I was on a peanut butter trip, like I ate pb sandwiches all day! but the thing is that I felt so much healthier (I don't eat veggies~)
AND I LOST WEIGHT! I thought it was ridicculous but it seems to be true though. I googled it last month because I came to think about it (gained weight too :C) and this is what I found~

oh man, jessica and I were talking about this last night. We've both got a weeklong case of the ultra munchies where we eat dinner and NEVER STOP. I swear to god, part of it is the coldness. Making our metabolisms work harder to keep us warm so it's giving us weird signals to keep stoking the fire.
