Nonsense
I've been thinking a lot lately about where I live, what it provides me with, and what I wish it would provide me with. Not the house itself, the town, the area, the world nearby. Changes. Fall heralds a time of change yes? Summer gives way to the cold grip of winter. The trees shed their plumage, birds retreat to warmer climes, the cheerful forest critters scurry in abject terror to underground burrows to sleep away the long winter months. Changes. Am I changing? Another day in Roswell
Things may get a little nuts out here. I'm told that for the UFO convention, which tends to join with July 4th for celebratory purposes, 60k people come to Roswell. Uh. Wow. I shall totally read the newspaper tomorrow and see what kind of events are to be held and attend some of them! yay! -
Moving Day!
So, after pulling nearly 48 hours of awake time with nothing but naps on an airplane to keep me going, then getting some sleep on an air mattress in mother's living room, people showed up early to begin the move... I'm still not firing on all cylinders here, might be hard to get going, but I will!!! -
AZ
After a nice 5 hour nap on the plane, I'm in Phoenix, Arizona, sitting in a Fox Sports bar about to have breakfast. While my body thinks it is 1pm, the locals tell me it is actually 10am. I don't believe them, I think they are lying to me. -
Leaving again.
So. I'm leaving soon to drive to Boston. From there, I fly to Arizona, then hop to New Mexico, rent a car, and drive to Roswell. All this one whatever sleep I can scrounge up on the plan and car rides. Go team. I'll leave more when I arrive.
