I just got an internship at GBMC in the biomedical laboratory. I should be starting soonish. Just in time for summer, I can pick up a lot of hours there. Its only a 4 hour a week job, but anytime I work over my 4 hours for the week I get paid for overtime. If i work a holiday, I make 2.5x or something like that. Sounds like a good deal to me. I met a girl the other day that thought there were only 48 states. Or 52. One or the other. But she was SURE that there were not exactly 50 states. Wow, i need to get out of the shallow end of the dating pool. Ive been wading through there for far too long.

There were some people that wanted to see pictures of my knee. I never took any pictures of my knee while it was healing, but i wish i had. It looked pretty gross with the staples in it. Ever since i stopped going to UMBC, i dont get included in anyone's plans. People talk to me a whole lot less, too. Except Walt and Jimmy and maybe Justin and Vanessa, people from UMBC dont really talk to me unless i initiate the conversation. Even then, it seems like im bothering them. Well, the good thing is that the surgery is finally out of the way. Th bad news? IT FUCKING HURTS. A LOT. Ive probably slept about 80% of the last 2(?) days. I have surgery tomorrow around 3, gotta be there at 1:30. Im not scared of the surgery at all. Like i said before, its just an outpatient surgery and my doctor comes well recommended and seems very trusting.
