It's not a decent night's sleep when you're waking up every 15 minutes....

I'm so exhausted and so sick and I still can't really sleep properly.

I'm going to the doctor's office today. Should probably tell Chris not to worry about sending a care package with anyone...I can probably manage that short trip and that'll be it.
