im sorry about this thing, whatever it is. dont give up, it gets better. but allow yourself to take a break, youll make yourself crazy if you keep throwing yourself back into it over and over again. everybody needs to back up and out every once in awhile.

even though i hadnt the fuck clue what has happened, someone wise told me that once and it applied very well to the situation, i hope it works for you. the whole ROOM TO BREATHE thing, sometimes you didnt even realize that you needed to push the walls back a bit.
