Size 37, roughly US size 7. It's probably better suited for someone who's size 6.5 though.

With regards to comfort, I wouldn't know. I've always wondered how a Louboutin-inspired pair of shoes from Aldo (for example) felt in comparison to the real thing 6+ times as expensive.
