Embarrassed.
This morning, I went into my garage to load the car. When I opened the passenger door, the interior lights didn't turn on, and a safety light, on the bottom right corner of the door, was very dim. Overdue update
Brendan and I have been sick for roughly a week. Fortunately we're both almost back to 100%. During this time, he has vomited 4-5 times because of coughing. Usually it happens in the morning right after he drinks his milk. Today, Cat was able to catch the barf on a towel. How I remember dates
Brendan's birthday: the day after April Fool's Day (because I didn't want him born on that day).
My wedding anniversary: I'm 4 days older than Cat. Our wedding anniversary falls on the only day in between those two dates that is a prime number. Different month though.
Wouldn't it just be easier to remember the actual dates? -
Stupid neighbour
About a week or two ago, I was driving down my alley and about to park in my garage. I always back into my garage, and there was a car behind me, so rather than be in his way while maneuvering into the garage, I drove into the driveway directly across the lane. Managed to get my fridge repaired yesterday so I saved a lot of money by not having to buy a new one. Apparently the "starter" had fried? The repairman had commented that a lot of people's fridges had been dying recently in this heat... Since we had the fridge pulled out, I took the opportunity to clean up all the dust bunnies.
