How could the weathermen possibly be right three times in a row about significant snow here in middle Virginia? The Chicken Little Capital of the World? Perhaps a few inches but nothing drastic - yeah, right. I was so intent on rising at a reasonable hour (6am) to prepare my day and get to the workplace. Then I looked outside and saw it. Snow. Yep. That's me - bundled up in soft baggy comfy clothes of dark colors puttering around the house all day Sat & Sun. Made a meatloaf for supper with beef, bacon, and red pepper which was differently tasty and just had to have a huge sweet potato with it.
