First let me state that i'm a person who works best when under a lot of stress. now currently work is ok we are still way under staffed which is sad since we more than doubled our staff. So a few times durring the con i asked myself and a few other poeple imagine if we had a normal life. I understand that no life is normal. here is my question though. so i have a choice for the next 2 weeks i can work out or work on banzai enough and keep my house clean enough to live in. My main job keeps adding more mandatory overtime. p90 x phase 2
So we started p90x phase 2 today with sholders arms and tri ceps. It's back to being sore and feeling realy weak for me but the result will be good. -
p90 x week 2
so we're onto week 2 ok p90 x I'm very sore and tired it's hard to type even. If anybody wants to get into shape get this program it works. Just be advised masochism is required
