if i retake the classes i've failed at school and get at least a 3.5 in them, and keep a 3.5 cumulative average each semester, i can salvage my GPA, get the coveted 3.2 for grad school, and not be a failure. if i can also pull an average/above average score on the GRE, and get a few internships under my belt, i could possibly still get accepted to ( Read more... )

my sleep schedule is really messed up. i was doing really well this semester on getting 8 hours of sleep and going to bed at "normal" times. then i got sick and slept till 4 one day, and since then, i've stayed up till like 4 or 5 in the morning and getting up the next day at like 2 or 3. even if i don't nap, i still stay up late again ( Read more... )

i did three sets of 10 reps of curls with a 20 pound barbell and my arms hurt so much. total pussssssss.

i've never disliked school more then i do this semester. nothing has gone right, all my classes suck dick, and i'm having the hardest time just doing the easiest homework assignments in the world.

i don't know what to do.

i dropped piano. apparently the only classes in music that count towards my "fine arts or performing arts" gen ed is jazz band, theory, and oral interpretation of literature. but learning and playing classical piano doesn't count. i love college.

i can't stress this enough. i cannot do german homework when i don't know any of the words given to me. i cannot study the words, when all my resources do not have any study section.

i just don't understand this class and how it works.

every class i'm in is entry level this semester because i'm getting six gen eds out of the way. for some ungodly reason all the classes i'm in are already very difficult.

especially this piano nonsense. jingle bells after two classes? it doesn't sound hard but fucccccck getting quizzed on it already seems a little bit fast paced.

so i'm going to have to spend like 500 dollars on books this semester. i am NOT a happy camper.
