I'm pretty pleased with myself today.  I bought a vintage cruiser bicycle to ride about.  It's bright blue and the guy I bought it from knew all this crazy stuff about bikes.  I was skeptical so I came home and googled my new bike and he was not making any of it up.  Also, he gave me a flyer for a group ride described as "a pre-1930's, English ( Read more... )

I found my nose ring in the shower this morning.  Very odd.  And somewhat miraculous considering Patrick has taken at least two showers since I lost it in there.  Cleaned it off and it slipped right back in.  Identity crisis averted.  Strange how attached I've become to it.  I'll definitely be stocking up on replacements while I'm in Missoula.

Well,  another piercing bites the dust.  I lost my nose ring sometime today and couldn't find it.  I ran all over town looking for a new one, but none of the tattoo shops sell jewelry and no one could recommend a place to find a stud.  So, much to my horror, I ended up at Hot Topic, which is apparently the only place in town that sells piercing ( Read more... )
