I feel like life is running full speed all around me and I am just standing still... when oh when will I start living again? Where is the passion, where is the joy? Where is the roll-on-the-floor laughter and the spontaneity without the guilt? At times I reach for it only to find my hands grasping thin air.

Why is registering for my N-CLEX so [freaking] difficult? It shouldn't be as complicated as it is, and I do not understand why I can't complete the process entirely online.

How in the world have I survived in this ridiculous town for so long?

It's funny how life's events so rarely turn out the way you expect them too. When you meet someone, it's impossible to anticipate what kind of role they will play in your life or you in theirs. It's fascinating how just when I think I have it figured out, everything changes in an instant.

Life is truly about the journey and not the destination.
