Planning on Olde English Faire
I'll be day tripping the OEF at Wildlife Prarie Park this year. I need to remember to get all my summer outdoor gear together (wide-brimmed hat, sunblock, etc.), so I don't fry in the sun!. So, I bought a new car after work today...
I was just going to pick up my repaired Elantra and a couple of brochures for the Hyundai Tuscon (small crossover SUV) and Elantra Touring (small station wagon). There was a new 2009 Elantra Touring car on the lot that I wanted to test drive. FINALLY, Friday afternoon, got issue with e-learning sign-on and password resolved at work. Started a couple of e-learning units Saturday, several more Sunday, then three more today when I actually went in to work. Will do more tomorrow. Other car possibilities.
Turns out, Hyundai has an Elantra Touring car (small wagon) that has the extra storage capacity and stability control features of the smaller crossover SUVs for about $3000-$4000 dollars less. First week of work in homehealthcare.
Not much to report on the job, yet. I'm supposed to be training on their University online, but unfortunately there have been technical difficulties. They just started a whole new computer system nationwide, and lots of problems need to be worked out.
