An Update I've Been Putting Off
At least for a couple days, that is.

Good News, Bad News...
Good news:
I got a teaching job! It's doing substitute teaching for the General Brown Central School District, and apparently I'll be seeing a fair bit of work for the next year.
Bad News:
In order to get the job, I have to be fingerprinted for the database for New York State teachers. This will cost $100. I do not have $100. Hell, I don't have $10 ( Read more... ) -

Settling In
So I'm moved out, moved in, and working on the settling in part. My boxes are for the most part unpacked, my landlords are really nice so far, and the rent is slightly lower that I was expecting, which is always a plus ( Read more... ) -
