If liberals think Iraqis are genetically incapable of pulling off even the most rudimentary form of democracy, why do they believe 50 million Mexicans will magically become good Americans, imbued in the nation's history and culture, upon crossing the Rio Grande?

Maybe we should dunk Iraqis in the Rio and see what happens.

Ouch, that was nasty. What liberal thinks that Iraqis are gentically incapable of democracy? Disregarding, for the moment the south of the border followup.

I definitely know what you mean in regards to sleep deprivation, but you know, it's that micronap that wipes the slate clean and really sparks any type of genius thought your mind was incapable of attaining during initial bought with fatigue.

Either way I'm interested in seeing the back and forth on this debate. I'm keeping my opinions out of this.

That would be cool!!!, Mexicans are so much cooler than americans, plus you would learn to use the right mexicans expressions, which are really colorful (BTW, "Olé" is an expression used in Spain for bullfighting, and is never used in Mexico)

Hehe, you are talking to a girl who grew up just hours from the Mexican border and was quite literally one of the only English speaking kids in my neighborhood... hehe! I decided on the 'ole' because I was eating Potato Oles from Taco Johns. And it seems oddly appropriate. *poke* ^_^
