I'm sure that many people have already heard about the earthquake this morning in Hawaii. Sadly they are focusing on Oahu again instead of on the Big Island called Hawaii. Here is a picture of the aftermath for those who haven't read and/or heard about it yet:

Today I received this email from someone and in it he describes how the local people on the North Shore do not want that side developed more. I totally agree because the island is only so small! I deal with real estate too so I know how much money can be made but come on... Oahu is VERY SMALL and VERY FRAGILE. As someone who deals with real estate

I guess after writing some things some people took it personally. I don't know why because anyone who knows me knows I am always and have always been vague.
