Let's see, what has happened since Christmas? In the afternoon of Christmas day, SAM got a weird rash all over his torso and some of his legs. His cheeks were bright red. I just told Seth "one last minute!" until nap time, and he said, "One isn't last, really. It's first!" :) But he still has to take a nap.

SAM had his four-year checkup on Friday. He was fine, at a good weight and height as he always has been, but we knew that already. :) Our pediatrician is pretty cool - this visit we noticed that there was a plastic roach in one of the pharmaceutical displays in our room. We went down to Atlanta last weekend. Birthday party for the little boys was fun, I was happy that SAM played nicely with the babies most of the time. Only one episode of a little one getting pushed away from the toy SAM had, and that let us practice finding a different toy for the baby. Good skills to have. The grown-up party was fun too. Quick update... 29 weeks! The baby is wiggling all over the place - often visibly. :) We even have two short name lists, boy and girl. Maybe we'll actually pick a couple of them at some point ( Read more... )

Yay, 27 weeks! Suddenly I feel like I might have this baby someday. I really ought to start looking at names... The baby should be almost two pounds by now, which is cool. :)
