Hello, lovelies, I'm home from my road trip. I don't think I'll have a ton to say since I spent a great deal of time just being lazy, but it was a good trip. If you are up to it, I'm going with Tara, Lissa, Kat, and some of Tara's friends to a crazy drag show tonight, and there's no cover. This guy Abel that I met at Tranz is performing in it, doing punk and goth drag. That should be fun! Starts at 10pm.

That does sound fun! What time are you going? Is it a drag show for both males and females? I'm not 100 per cent sure I'll be up for a late(r) night out but I think I might take a nap today, so perhaps I'll be well-rested.

I don't know if there will be any drag kings in the mix with the queens. Abel didn't mention any.

We're meeting at Tara's in Tempe around 8, so I presume that we'll be at the club before the showtime at 10pm, but plans are not really solid. I can call you when I get to Tara's.

I plan on a nap for sure!

Okey doke, give me a call later, and I may or may not make it: I tried to take a nap a while ago but I couldn't fall asleep (kept thinking of all the stuff I should be doing instead) and then the phone rang, so it's been a no-nap day so far. We'll see what the afternoon has in store. Also I've since learned that Kyle and Elyse are having a party tonight, so I may opt for the drinking-within-walking-distance night out.

That sounds good but I have to be selective about which days I have beer in the afternoon since I have class on Tuesday and Wednesday! Also I think I'm working at the yarn store on Thursday though I'm not certain of that. So, Monday would work for an afternoon, or Friday. Otherwise I'm not free until later on the other nights since classes go until nine.

Bah, work...I wish I didn't have this crochet class this afternoon. I'd rather be napping, or outside enjoying the lovely spring weather.
