I'm trying to remember when I was a kid and played in this heat during recess. How did I do it???

never heard of toe yoga. Is that when you're in forward bends and trying to touch your toes?

Nope, it was actually working on our toes. We had to thread our fingers through our toes to stretch them out in different ways. It was a little strange, but I'm sure it's beneficial.
