I've been having strangely vivid and creative[because the environments in them are things I've never seen] dreams for the past few days. another weak metaphor when real words are lacking

shouldn’t we be able to trust mental facilities to at least do their best to help the ill?
it seems the D.C. area isn't the only place where the mental health system has turned into a fucking joke. These professionals have a responsibility to their best to help, to check on past records of patients and look to use therapy and medication based on what's best for the patient and what's already been tried.
