The Great Pumpkin Day

Oct 17, 2005 11:15

I don't have a lot of time for a full update today, or to draw Dave wandering lost through a giant bowl of corn. I do want to say that Saturday was an absolute blast. I feel really lucky to have such wonderful people in my life who are willing to come out and play and be silly all day!

The pictures were fabulous! I ended up having to buy an electric pumpkin light from JoAnn ETC b/c my candle wouldn't stay lit otherwise.
Oh--and I've friended you, btw! (This is Tasha.)

It's okay--I think it's more of a daytime pumpkin, and I have it out under my front porchlight, and it looks good there. :-)

Yeah mine did not photograph well in the dark AT ALL. You coudln't even tell what it was! I ended up doing it lit but with fill flash and the porch light on...not so scary :)

first off, how do you tell me that you flashed a whole crowd just the left boob and then not tell me HOW? that should be a whole comic in itself.

and dude, all of your pumpkins would have totally kicked my attempt at a pumpkin's ass. the last time i tried to do one i got so mad i just cut a big whole in the side.

Phil's passenger seat grabbed my tank top and pulled it down. Seriously! I was turning around so I could take a picture of all the silly heads in the back of the truck and as I did the fabric of the seat fell in love with the fabric of my shirt - well they totally were making out and since they were lip locked together while I was trying to move away...well you can imagine what happened. My boob popped out. I looked down. So did everyone else. Then we all laughed. Then I threatened to make them pay for the show. The pumpkins were going for 25 cents a pound. I don't think I'd make very much money that way.

The End!
