lol, I thought this was a bit funny, and I decided to post it. I found this list, which was composed by a Christian Priest, who feels my mates and I worship the devil. I just thought it was interesting how his point of view was so incredibly different and askew from what truly happened.

And what mind-altering drugs? Just a question. Only thing I can't place on the list. And he ought to lay off the werewolves and vampires. Until one of them attacks me, I see no reason to pick on them.

That whole list is rubbish. Honestly, do they think that little kids are going to start sacrificing goats after reading the books? Then go profess undying devotion to Satan? If anything, it's the other way, good vs. evil and you're the good, winning...blah blah, et al.

Oh, well. Have fun in hell, since apparently that's where you're going. I'll meet you down there, I'm sure. We'll do lunch.

Oh! Harry, love...have you ever seen the article saying that J.K. stands for "Jesus Killer?" That one's amusing. And then there's a bit about your wand being 11 inches long, and how in the bible children were beat with 11 inch rods...granted, it completely fails to mention that the bible says beating children is okay ("spare the rod and spoil the child").

I hate these Christian Priests. I mean, I know they are just trying to get people to stop believing magic is real and tell them that you and your mates worship the devil, but it's ludicrous. I'm a Christian and I know these things aren't true; they make it seem like every single friggin Christian is like this and we're not...

I hate it when they write that stuff. I'm Catholic but I swear if they ban anything dealing with you I'm moving. I will not live in an non-Harry Potter world. I refuse to do so. It just would not be right for me and I would go mad without it. (Of course, I already am mad...)
Actually, we had to do research papers for my English class last year, and I decided to do it on the censorship of Harry Potter. Of course I took the side saying it wasn't bad. It's interesting though, some of the stuff they come up with. *shakes head* When will they learn to shut up about it. It's not like I've decided to worship the Devil because of it. Seriously, nothing has really changed with my faith. Then again, I never had that much to begin with...(Do not kill me.) *hearts you*

The Vatican officially OKAY-ed Harry Potter, our churches can't ban it or anything. (Unless you have a Montsenor like ours, that is >.>)

It couldn't have been a priest that said that, it had to be a Protestant Preacher or Minister or something...

(Whee, I love being Catholic. I wore a Quidditch shirt to my friend's [zion baptist] Youth Group and a guy there got off on a rant about HP. His ignorance was very ammusing, not only about Harry but about Catholosism...."blasphamous woman worshippers, ignore the true God".... was funny. I hope he gets possessed and we have to help him out of his 'situation')
