Just watched ‘A Cock and Bull Story’ with Steve Coogan. It was from the director of ‘24 Hour Party People’, which was what drew me in. The trouble with Lost, and the writers themselves have admitted to doing this, is the fact that it's all so blatantly made up as it goes along. Now while that adds a certain undeniable volatility to the proceedings, the lack of craft within the storytelling does begin to grate.
