We finally got out of Chengdu by plane. It takes only 1 hr by plane, train takes 18hrs. I not a big fan of flying but it was worth the extra Yuan that we had to fork over for the plane and cab fare to Xi'an. Keely and I decided that we were going to the town of Anshun because from there you can go see the largest cave in China. We took a train that arrived at 1:00 AM. We read in the Lonely Planet there was a hotel just on the corner from the train station. We couldn't find it, but there was a help full lady that showed us the various hotels close by ( Read more... )
