Brilliant. It's lovely to know that the same conditions span many coffeeshops.
I, myself, just love a good Brah-vay, because you know, I'm trying to loose weight. On the Atkins/South Beach/Raw Fat diet. Only Crisco and bacon. But It has to be cut into small pieces for digestion.
Fucking TRIPLE Amen. God damn. There's this one "regular" who gets some type of mocha and I never remember what exactly and he just sets his money down and glares at me expectantly. I want to hit him every time he does it.
Dude, does he pay with a gift card? It's totally Decaf Mocha man. We should just all purposefully forget his drink. Especially since he never, ever tips.
I was thinking of posting this while Mikey's gone.
You should definately post this, on behalf of beguled, begrudging, bitchy baristas everywhere.
If you don't put it up at your coffeeshop, do at least try publishing it somewhere. Its a really excellent set of guidelines. (No, old men, we aren't here to stroke your anything.)
I think you should have to pass a competency exam before coming into the coffee shop, and if you pass you get a card that explains that you know how to order coffee in a consise, polite manner. Otherwise, its COD for you.
