I wrote this essay in my first year at uni. The theoretical arguments are quite simplistic but the sentiment still holds true for me. I Saw the best gig ever last night. The Special Beat was up with the Buzzcocks as the best show I have ever attended. It was just such an invigorating live experience. I am changing a lot. I am not sure whether I am maturing as a person but I really am starting to develop different perspectives on things. I don't see things as black and white anymore and it makes it hard to stand up for the things I believe in.
