WOO down to 133! It's amazing what a few extra days at the gym and eating right will do.  I find I hover around 133 whenever I can get the gym a couple times a week and when Im watching what I'm eating, so I have to figure out a way for that extra push to get down to 130 ( Read more... )

 Yes, Im still here.  Last week was craaaazy with running events, and it was the last week of classes. So as of now, I am finished with work and running events and classes! Just have exams on the go, I love having just one thing to focus on.  This also means I have more time for the gym and cooking ( Read more... )
