I'm reading World War Z, why? I don't know, this is totally something I'd never pick up on my own, someone else suggested... oh well. What I was going to say though, is not about the book directly. thought I'd throw a few lines here. If you look at it from a third person perspective, it's been pretty good overall. I've been doing extensive research on things to do in NYC, turns out that it's not that hard to find cheap or free things to do. In the beginning of the week there were so many things to take care of, it felt that I was my own secretary working overtime. But now that I took care of everything I became so lazy...

Someone from your distant past comes along and brings a storm of emotions upon you, and now you are drowning. I'm torn, I'm not sure whether or not I want to live in America anymore... sure it's easier here, surely I can have a comfy life with a somewhat steady income, but at what cost? today was THE BEST DAY in years for me!!!!

The fact that I've been lurking around facebook almost every day doesn't change the other fact... I haven't posted here in a while. NYC is amazing to live in (I wish I had more money though). Other than that it's same old. Hardly any time to waste, which is also good, although stressful at times.

New York has its ups and downs. I must say I LOVE NEW YORK, as cleche as it sounds. I love the smells when you walk on the streets. The wet concrete on a rainy day, sweet perfumes, yummy bakery smell on the corner of Crown and Kingston… (well maybe not all smells, but still, it gives life and personality to the city.
