So the Warrior Dash is over and I must say, that was some fun.
Four hours in the car alone fun? Maaaaybe not. If I do it again, I'll need a posse.

This Saturday is the Warrior Dash and I am STOKED! I've seen some video and it looks like a lot of people go at the course slowly, methodically and try not to get overly muddy, tired or wet. Screw that!

What a weekend. I got my first *real* long run logged. It's less than half what I was doing but it's good enough to put in a solid 10k tomorrow if I wanted and it shows that I'm only a month or so from half-marathon shape. Asphalt vs. Vibrams
Since I've cut back on the mileage to slowly work it back in I thought it would be a perfect time to start working some Five Finger runs into my routine.
