The massacre that occurred at Virginia Tech yesterday was a tragedy, not only because of the magnitude of death, but because it was the mass murder of young people that occurred in a place of supposed security by a person that was supposed to be "one of us." Virginia dodges the smoking ban bullet yet again
By the way, in my glee and jubilation I forgot to mention that almost two weeks ago our most wise and just Representatives killed a comprehensive smoking ban proposed by our miscreant hypocrite of governor, Tim Kaine. As such, Virginia remains the freest state in the union, at least for another year. -

Let me just follow up my last post by saying that I don't denigrate anybody who supports the American Cancer Society. I think the awareness and the communal atmosphere that the ACS generates through the Relay for Life is great.
