Okay I had an almost nervous breakdown yesterday afternoon. So I pretty much jumped on my tredmil hit start and fucking ran 2 miles. I know 2 miles isn't really THAT much for some people...but when you're 40lbs overweight and hate yourself...that's pretty fucking good.
