Amy and I worked out at 8:30am today! It felt great to go first thing in the morning and work out. I'm still having problem with eating right, but I'm working on it. It was a really weird mood lastnight at work, there was this melcholoy like atmosphere with our guest. Which in return made us all feel the same way.
