Someone stole my No On Prop 8 sign this afternoon while I was out at lunch. I picked up a replacement in San Jose this afternoon... and did some phonebanking to boot.

I have achieved lawn sprinkler automation.

I bought the timer box and cable months ago... Injury intervened.. but finally! I ran the cable today and have confirmed that both valves have working solenoids.

Now I'm perusing the web for the manual to my timer box; I seem to have lost it in the past few months.

I just got a note from a printed circuit board vendor that I've had dealings with in the past. They pointed out that my Chinese PCB vendor may be shut down due to China's plan to clear the air prior to the Olympics.
I'm not sure why this amuses me so.

I'm now the proud owner of a pair of overalls. I bought them at Scuderia West up in the city. They took a little getting used to on the bike.. Having my knees away from the tank (because of the armor) was a little strange at first. The shop was cool, but I have to say the customer service was a bit odd.
