May I suggest Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. I think it would be a nice summer book...

i started reading white oleander awhile ago but never finished it. i really should one day.
oh, and a small suggestion: the virgin suicides must be at the top of that list. :)

you haven't read "sarah" yet?! get on that!
and if you haven't checked out "the heart is deceitful above all things" by him, you must. it hurts to read it, but it's so incredibly good.
