Its been 9 days since the last therapy. I almost feel a part of my body again.

I hope tomorrow's combo of new hair balances out the therapy a bit.

Its also pms time.

Long week.

It seems to me that if one's skin is faulty and one's blood is faulty and one's vision is diminishing at a rapid pace, one might deserve grace.  And if that same one has experienced a plethora of losses and almost losses and betrayals over the past 18 months, one might have earned a bit of grace.  And if one has demonstrated the strength of long- ( Read more... )

I saw something tonight that reminded me so of my dad and childhood and how I seak to be in the world, I just cried. I cried at the beauty of it, the sad of it.

And there is no one to share it with.

No one that might understand, that might ask the questions to understand.

And it changed everything.

The horrid thing I have questioned for 15+ months now...is did I ever know yoi or you me? How can I find a way to being okay with you abandoning me when you should have cared the most?

And can I ever be okay again if you never do?

I wanted to write about the words trauma and PTSD.  I love and hate how those words have become commonplace.  Yay!  Society has come to accept those words.  Folks are throwing money at trauma research.  Yay!  And folks use those words so badly.

All true.
