I hiked the Grand Canyon yesterday. I'm feeling it today. It took us 2 1/2 hours to hike from the South rim down to the river on the South Kaibab trail, which is about 6 miles I think. We hiked about 2 miles along the river and then 9 miles out. It was mostly a gradual incline, but that last mile was tough. If I did it again I would want to ( Read more... )
