Gertrude and I stumbled onto a path earlier. We're out of the forest. In one piece. Amazing.

That's it, something's going to kill me. I can tell. I never have this much good luck.

We're heading for the Malls of Moira. Gertrude suggested taking a eagle taxi, but *pales* I said I'd rather walk. So here we are, somewhere in the Old Forest.

I think we went the wrong way. *inches closer to Gertrude as the trees start moving overhead* Oh, dear.

I had the oddest dream. Weird.

*manages to get up and limps back into the house* Ow. I need ice.

I saw that squirrel that killed me before hanging out in a tree in the garden today.

That's not good. *sneaks out of the hole by a window, climbs a tree, and attacks the squirrel with a pointy stick* Take that, you rodential bastard! *manages to skewer the squirrel, falling out of the tree in the process* Go me-
