Joel & I busted our butts to go downtown to see Juno last night.
We arrived at the theatre at 10 for the 10:20 show & it was SOLD OUT!
You know why? Because it's only playing at ONE theatre in Toronto.
ONE!
Despite the fact it's getting nominated & winning 57402 awards.
So we paid to go on the metro twice for nothing.
Carly mad.

I really want a pet.
I figure next year I'll have the time/ money to look after & love it & I just really want a little companion. There are studies that say people are more at ease with pets & such. I haven't had a pet since grade 10.

In sad news, my Great-Grandma died last night. She lived to be 95. She came over from Czechoslovakia in the 1930's because her & my Great-Grandpa saw the world war looming ahead. They originally settled in Manitoba before going to southwestern Ontario. Every plot of land that my Great-Grandpa was shown he overturned the soil to see if it was good ( Read more... )
